From first pitch to renewed deal in five steps.
The workflow takes less than ten minutes of your time end-to-end. The wedge — the magic-link portal where your sponsor uploads their own assets — does the heavy lifting for you.
How does KeelStack work?
You add a sponsor to the pipeline, generate a single-use magic link, and the sponsor uploads their own logo, banner, ad copy, and tracking links without creating an account. KeelStack then emails you renewal reminders at 30, 14, and 7 days before the contract ends, and you send a branded one-page performance report when the campaign finishes. The whole workflow takes under ten minutes of the creator's time.
- Add the sponsor to the pipeline (30 seconds)
- Generate and send a 24-hour magic link (5 seconds)
- The sponsor uploads their own assets, no login
- Reminders fire automatically; the report closes the renewal

Drop in the sponsor's company, contact, deal value, contract start, and contract end. The sponsor lands in the Pitched column. Drag them right as the deal progresses — Confirmed, Active, Renewed.

Click "Generate portal link" on the sponsor's detail page. KeelStack mints a 24-hour, single-use magic link (HMAC-hashed at rest) — issuing a new one invalidates the previous one. Send it through KeelStack with your own note, or copy it into an email or DM.

Your sponsor clicks the link — no account, no login. One confirmation click starts a limited, secure portal session, where they drop their logo, banner, ad copy, and tracking link. KeelStack files them under the sponsor's asset library and pings your dashboard.

When the contract end date approaches, KeelStack emails you (not your sponsor) a reminder at T-30, T-14, and T-7 days. You start the renewal conversation on time — instead of two weeks after the deal expired.

After the campaign goes out, capture opens, clicks, conversions, and subscribers. KeelStack renders a branded one-page report you can forward to the sponsor — the artifact that closes the renewal.

Three workflows collapse into one.
KeelStack replaces the spreadsheet + the inbox thread + the invoice-tracker-notion-page. One system, one source of truth.
A growing tangle of columns: stage, value, contact, last email, asset status, contract end. You forget to update it. Your renewal reminders are… nowhere.
Three emails deep, the sponsor finally sends the logo. It lands in your inbox at midnight. You forget which thread it was in by morning.
One pipeline. One magic-link portal per sponsor. One audit log. Three renewal reminders. One branded PDF report. The spreadsheet and the inbox thread go away.
Your next step: ship the rate card.
You just walked the workflow end-to-end. The free rate-card generator turns it into a shareable link — no account, no credit card.
See it on your next sponsor.
Sign up, add one sponsor, generate their portal link, send it. Watch the assets land. Watch the renewal reminder fire.
