KeelStack is live. The sponsor operations layer for solo newsletter and podcast creators — built for creators running 3–15 concurrent direct sponsorship deals.

This first release ships the full MVP. The Sponsor Portal and reporting workflow come first because that is the wedge. Live ESP API integration is deliberately deferred until manual reporting usage proves demand.

Sponsor Portal

• Unique magic-link URL per sponsor — no account, no login required
• Branded portal page where sponsors upload logos, banners, ad copy, and tracking links
• Real-time status view for sponsors: confirmed, assets received, live, completed
• Creator dashboard showing which sponsors have and haven't submitted assets
• Read-only portal preview before sending a link
• Portal invite emails are an explicit creator action with editable, previewable message — never automatic

Renewal Reminders

• Automated email sequence at 30/14/7 days before contract end
• Custom reminder cadences on Pro/Business/Trial
• Default 30/14/7 sequence free on every plan

Invoice Tracking

• Auto-generated invoices via Dodo Payments on deal confirmation
• Dashboard showing pending, paid, and overdue invoices
• Invoice PDF generation server-side

Performance Reporting

• Manual CSV upload from any ESP (opens, clicks, conversion data)
• Clean, branded one-page PDF summary per sponsor

Security

• Magic-link tokens are HMAC-hashed before storage — raw tokens never logged
• Single-use consumption via explicit POST confirmation
• 24-hour maximum token expiry
• Separate 7-day rotating httpOnly-cookie portal session after consumption
• Issuing a new link rotates both the previous link and any active session
• Per-endpoint rate limiting
• Better Auth with Google OAuth, session cookie cache, and CSRF protection
• Dodo webhook signature verification and idempotency
• Public privacy policy and ToS before launch; data export/deletion built into dashboard
