## What KeelStack is

KeelStack is a sponsor CRM and sponsor-facing portal for one-person newsletter and podcast businesses. It covers the work that starts after a sponsor says yes: collecting creative assets, remembering contract end dates, invoicing, and proving campaign performance at renewal time. It is deliberately not a sponsor marketplace and does not take a percentage of sponsorship revenue.

## Who it is for

Solo newsletter and podcast creators on beehiiv, Substack, Ghost, Kit (ConvertKit), Mailchimp, or an independent podcast host, who already sell sponsorships directly and run 3–15 concurrent deals. It is not built for agencies, ad-ops teams, or creators looking for new sponsors.
